Can't believe I'm doing this. . .

But after I teased Scott so much about his appearance in the Ho-Ho, I guess I owe it to him. he he he

So, Scott tagged me in the latest meme, "Come As You Are", in which you are to post a photo of yourself at that moment, along with a little info about the person who tagged you and why you look the way you do in that photo at that moment. So, since I can do so with the Mac :), I clicked a shot of myself while reading Scott's blog. So, setting pride aside, here goes (gulp):

Now, let's see. About Scott. Scott is a friend from church, technically one of my elders, with whom I really began to get to know via blogging, which carried over into a real-live face to face friendship. (See, blogging has positives as well as negatives). Scott and I share a lot of common interests, including those that tend to annoy other people (like our love of reptiles).

Why do I look the way I do in that photo? Well. . . apart from the obvious. . . I generally take time to catch up on reading blogs while I eat my lunch, which in this case was leftover chili. I have not showered yet, because I wait until Stephen comes home. . .you wouldn't believe what the little boys can accomplish while I'm in the shower. I don't have my contacts in yet because today is Wednesday. I have a lot of trouble wearing my contacts comfortably for more than about 10 hours, and after 6-8 they start to get a little fuzzy. Since tonight I have Bible Study, choir, and then watch Lost and the Nine, I usually wait until late in the day to put my contacts in so that I can see well for all of those evening activities.
