Why I like my Nikon D-70

This is one of the many shots I took in Mexico that I am sure I would not have been able to get with my CyberShot. This was taken during a water balloon fight we had with the street kids at Sobre El Puente in Acapulco. It followed a fun skit in which we discovered just how good a sport Ron Campbell is:

ROTFL!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have got to print that photo of Ron and stick it in his mom's bulletin on Sunday. That would be hilarious!

Those are just two of a bunch of *excellent* photos Willa took during her trip. Hopefully she'll continue to share more of them over time...

You must explain that picture of Ron - that is too funny!

Scott, I know what LOL means, and LMAO, but ROTFL is new to me. . .??

Mandi, it was a skit where one person is the arms for another. In this case, Parker Webb (the one in the water balloon photo above) was Ron's arms. They then attempt to perform otherwise ordinary tasks such as brushing their teeth, eating cereal, and putting on. . .um, underwear.
Jack Webb planned the whole thing, and he has quite a genius. Ron knew the basic premise ahead of time and agreed to whatever would be funny, but didn't know any of the details ahead of time, which made it even funnier.
Ron was such a good sport, and such a blessing to have on the team. He never had anything but a great attitude, and truly served the team at all times.

Thanks, Bob. That makes a lot more sense than the possiblities running through my head. Oh, and congrats on the girl!

I laugh out loud every time I see the pics from that skit! Can't wait to see more!

Dad,Scott, I reloaded the thumbnails of these two pics. Now they look grainy to me. But I did them exactly the way I did the one of Sam at top, and it looks fine. Any suggestions?

Try removing the size tags from the image reference and see what happens. Looks to me like you made the photo smaller than it was before.

For example:
